Celron Ventures Private Limited

Privacy, in plain language.

This page explains the practical privacy points a customer or agent should understand before sending CELRON a bill, roof location, contact detail, or project request. It complements the complete policy published in our legal section.

01

Information you choose to provide

When you request a solar estimate, consultation, survey, proposal, service visit, or support, CELRON may receive your name, phone number, email address, property location, PIN code, electricity-bill information, roof details, customer category, project notes, and any files or messages you deliberately send. Website and service infrastructure may also produce ordinary technical records needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

02

Why the information is used

CELRON uses relevant information to understand the requested solar service, calculate preliminary estimates, contact you about the enquiry, arrange a survey or service visit, prepare a proposal, coordinate approvals and delivery, maintain project records, support an installed system, improve the website, and meet legal or operational obligations. Information should not be used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis.

03

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared only where needed with staff, service providers, installation or financing partners, utilities, government portals, professional advisers, or authorities involved in the requested work or required by law. Each project needs a different record period, so CELRON retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, contract, support, accounting, dispute, compliance, security, or legal purpose that applies.

04

Your choices and safer enquiries

You may ask what personal information CELRON holds about your enquiry, request an appropriate correction, withdraw a marketing preference, or raise a deletion or privacy question subject to applicable legal and contractual retention duties. Send only the information needed for the solar request. Never submit passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated identity documents through the public form, email, or WhatsApp.
