Six steps

From consultation to activation.

Every handoff stays with one accountable CELRON team — from the first bill review to the day your system starts generating.

Step 01

Consultation

A proposal based on your roof's solar potential and your historical electricity usage, so you can make an informed decision about the financial viability of solar. We also help secure financing and determine your potential for tax benefits and rebate savings.

Step 02

Site assessment & design

We visit your site to verify the proposal's system design, using drones and specialized software to measure your roof. Your system is then designed around zoning restrictions and any limitations inherent to your building's structure.

Project documents being reviewed and signed for approval03

Step 03

Permits & approvals

Before installation, we secure all required permits and approvals from the city, your utility company and any other governing agency in your area — fulfilling all zoning requirements and city ordinances.

Step 04

Installation

Our certified team of solar technicians works quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. Most installations complete within a week; complex systems such as multi-family housing with battery backup may take longer.

Step 05

Inspection

Once installed, your system is inspected by the utility company and city inspector to ensure it's up to code. The utility may also install a new meter to enable net metering — so you can sell excess electricity back to the grid.

Step 06

Activation

Installation complete, inspections passed, permits granted — time to flip the switch. We energize the system with you and show you how to leverage the monitoring system.
