How it actually works
Six things to know before you apply.
01
The central subsidy is first come, first served — applied for on the National Portal for Rooftop Solar.
02
Subsidy is calculated on the lower of panel capacity (kWp) or inverter capacity (kW).
03
The cashback is transferred directly to your bank account after installation and DISCOM inspection.
04
Only DCR solar panels (domestically manufactured panels with domestic cells) qualify — we stock DCR Poly, Mono PERC and bifacial options.
05
Net metering installation is mandatory to avail the subsidy — we handle it.
06
Homeowners and housing societies now have the freedom to choose their own solar vendor.
